For the five dimensions of reconciliation, we have to discuss what they are and how they are used in our practice, but how do we promote their use on and after they leave camp

The Five Dimesons of reconciliation that is used in service

race relations
for race realaion for this to be rencioled it would be just to be treating people who is and are abornigal the same respect as anyone else while keeping in mind the 200 years of tramua and maltreatment from the government due to the colour of their skin

equality and equity
For equality and equity, this is used to ensure that the rep set sets to the lands and the people paid before and after service to pay forward by teaching and advocating for those who do not have a voice being respectful.

institutional integrity
For institutional integrity this will be done through making sure records are up to date and enduring any incidents are written down and kept account of and if any mistreatment happens on land, be sure to treat it as appreciated as possible.

unity
For unity, this will be achieved through constant and meaningful connections formed with people, land, and elders by asking questions in respective ways and ensuring that not only the people in our programs but also the land we live and work on are taken care of.

historical acceptance
For historical acceptance, we are going to be open and honest about the atrocities that took place on this land, take accountability for what happened, and be willing to find a place and take steps forward together.
the reason all five dimesons should be used for our service
As this industry mostly works outdoors, it is important that we take into account the First Nations people's options on their land. They have 75,000 years of lived experience on the land, and we must respect their knowledge.
